Why not just buy an AI tool myself?
For simple jobs, you can, and we’ll say so. The hard part usually isn’t the tool. It’s connecting it to your phone line, email and systems, tuning it so it behaves, and keeping it working when something changes. That’s what we do for you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You describe the problem in your own words. We handle the rest.
Is this just basic automation?
No. Basic automation follows fixed rules and breaks when things look different. We use AI that can read messy documents, understand what customers say, and handle routine judgment calls, with a person stepping in when needed.
Will this replace my staff?
No. The goal is that your team stops dialing, typing and chasing, and spends time on the work only a person can do.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how messy the work is. Learning about your business and planning together is free, however long it takes. We only charge once we start building, and you get a fixed price in writing before any building starts, and if the numbers don’t make sense for you, we’ll tell you not to do it.
What if AI can’t help my business?
We’ll say so during the free learning and planning stage. You won’t be sold something you don’t need.
Can AI really make phone calls to my customers?
Yes. It can call customers for things like renewal reminders, quote follow-ups or payment reminders, ask a few simple questions, and connect the customer to a person when they want to talk. It tells the customer it’s an AI assistant, and it only calls people who should be contacted. See our Trust page.
What software do you work with?
The tools you already use: QuickBooks, Xero, Gmail, Outlook, Excel and Google Sheets, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, AppFolio, Buildium, Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx and others. If your software has no usable connection, we’ll tell you up front.
Is my data safe?
We touch only the data a task needs, keep it in your accounts wherever possible, and don’t use it to train public AI models. Read the details on our Trust page.
Who maintains it after launch?
We do, if you want us to. We monitor it, fix what breaks when software changes, and adjust it as your business grows, so you have a person to call. It’s optional.
How long does a first project take?
Usually a few weeks for a first small version, reviewed by your team before it grows.
Do I own what we build?
Yes. It’s built in your accounts wherever possible, so you’re never locked in.
