How it works
How it works: a journey, not a sales pitch.
Five steps, from a free conversation and free planning to something that works inside your office and stays working.
The five steps
- 01
Learn (free)
It starts with a 20-minute call. You tell us where the hours go, and we explain in plain English what today’s AI can and can’t do for a business like yours. If you want to keep talking, we do, at no charge.
- 02
Plan (free)
We take the time to understand how work actually moves: calls, emails, quotes, renewals. That can take several conversations. For each problem you get an honest answer: AI can fix this, a cheaper tool you already own can, or it isn’t worth automating.
- 03
Build, small first
This is where we start charging, and only after you’ve agreed a price in writing. We set up one workflow inside the tools you already use, connect the pieces, and test it. Your team reviews everything it does before we trust it more.
- 04
Hand over, people in control
Your team knows exactly when the AI acts and when it hands off. Talking to clients, advice and exceptions stay with your people.
- 05
Maintain
Software changes, vendors update things, your business grows. We monitor it, fix what breaks and adjust it, so you have a person to call and never need to become the technical expert.
Throughout, your people stay in control. Nothing goes out to your clients without a review until you decide you trust it, and talking to clients always stays with your team.
Free until we build
What the free part looks like.
- It starts with a 20-minute call.
- You describe where the hours go.
- We ask questions.
- We explain what’s possible in plain English.
- If there’s more to work out, we keep talking and planning together at no charge.
- We only charge once we start building, and only after you’ve agreed a price in writing.
- You always leave with a clear next step, even if that step is “don’t do anything.”
Our approach
How we work, in three lines.
Plain language
No jargon. If we use a technical word, we explain it.
Straight answers
If AI isn’t the right fix, or the numbers don’t make sense, we say so.
Small first steps
One fix at a time, inside the tools you already use.
Tell us the task you’re sick of.
No pitch. Come with a messy description and we’ll help you sort it out.
