Trust and data

Plain answers about your data and our controls.

You’re trusting us with your customers and your information. Here’s what we commit to, and what we’ll tell you when you ask.

Our commitments

How we handle your data and your customers.

Only the data a task needs

We touch only what’s needed for the job in front of us.

Stored in your accounts

Wherever possible, your data stays in your accounts, not ours.

NDA on request

We sign a non-disclosure agreement if you ask.

Not used to train public AI models

Your data is not used to train public AI models.

Deletion on request

When the work ends, we delete your data if you ask us to.

A person reviews first

A person reviews anything customer-facing until you decide otherwise.

People can step in

Your team can read what the AI did, change it, and pause it at any time.

The AI says what it is

Calls, texts and chats make clear that the customer is dealing with an AI assistant.

Opt-outs are honored

Anyone can opt out of texts or calls, and we act on it straight away.

For phone calls

The AI says it is an AI assistant, calls only customers who should be contacted, and stops when someone asks. It hands the call to a person whenever the customer asks or the topic needs one.

For insurance

The AI doesn’t give coverage advice or quotes. A licensed person does. The AI’s job is reaching people, collecting simple answers and passing the conversation to your team.

Where data lives, and for how long

Call, text, and chat data is stored in the United States.

Transcripts and recordings are kept for 90 days by default, then deleted. A client can ask for a shorter or longer period, or for a record to be deleted sooner.

This page describes how we aim to work. Specific terms, including data handling, retention, and responsibilities, are set out in the agreement we make with each client. See also our privacy policy.
